It would be interesting if they broke down the voting to show how the vote went in early voting, versus the vote from yesterday. I would assume that Mr. Gianforte did very well in early voting, but probably lost some votes yesterday.
Franken took the guy out at the knees in 2004 and I don't think it had anything to do with Trump.
Were we so worried then about loony dems that take out hecklers because they are being infuriating? The dude is still in office. Gianforte needs to learn control but I can understand a rancher from Montana not being used to idiot reporters from the east who usually get away with being so in-your-face literally. Bet that reporter checks himself next time.
Given nobody knows the whole story of what happened and only know the end result aren't you jumping to conclusions in your haste to pronounce your hatred for anything not progressive?
Maybe, possibly some people take offense to having something shoved in their face? Maybe, just maybe reporters should get some manners instead of just wanting a sound bite at all costs?
Maybe the whole story will come out, let's hope so...
No, I'm not jumping to conclusions. There was a news crew from Fox news there and they backed the reporter's account. Gianforte had been asked earlier about the healthcare bill passed by the house and he said he wanted to wait for the CBO score. The CBO had scored the bill and Ben Jacobs was trying to ask him about his position on the bill since it had been scored and showed that 23 million Americans would lose their coverage.

Well I'll say one thing, this certainly seems to bolster The Rock's case for President! Hey-oooohhh
