Intel intercepted messages back to Moscow saying they had damning information about Trump and his aids.

intelligence was related to finances of the President as well as key members of his campaign, which the Kremlin believed was strong enough to use as leverage, multiple sources told CNN.
Conservatives love to shoot the messenger for anything they disagree with. It would not surprise me if the Russians have derogatory information on Trump. Trump has always been a man with low morals with a suspect personal history, that includes but is not limited to, allegations of Russian "golden showers".
Of course, they could have information on his business relationships in Russia and his indebtedness to Russian oligarchs as well.
It would explain in part Trump doing Russian bidding in undermining our alliances.

Breaking news: Russia had information it could call derogatory on most all candidates. They certainly had it on the other presidential candidate.
Well I can only shudder to think about the wedding plans and Yoga routines that they pulled from Hillary's secret server.
The thing that bugs me the most about the Russian collusion thing is that Trump is a loose cannon and a gamble whereas Hillary has proved she is willing to "play ball" and that she can be bought so why would Putin back Trump?
