Recall that first quarter GDP was only 1.2% and the trade deficit widening is expected to drag down 2nd quarter GDP as well.

The problem is trump has done nothing but tear up agreements, he has not renegotiated anything so far and I doubt he will be, he is better at tearing things down than building them.
