The state House of Representatives was in session working on the state budget when members of the State Senate Black caucus came into their session yelling and trying to bully the state reps to vote the way they wanted.
How did you pull "bullying" out of this? Arguments and yelling are (sadly) quite commonplace in Senate/House sessions when there is considerable dissent to how matters are being handled.
As for the "horrendous" grievance...
Horton: Y'all need to be quiet.
Peterson: Shut the f up.
... Mean-spirited and rude, yeah. But what kind of repercussion should she face?

The House of Representatives is separate from the Senate. The senators went into the house yelling and cursing at the senators during the session in the House. This was on the floor of the house during session.
After their 'sit-in' a while back, I wondered if they had dementia and thought they were civil rights protesters in 1965 instead of elected Congress people. Very embarrassing behavior by adults who were elected to make laws with fellow politicians not protest follow politicians.

Maybe in Louisiana, but that is not a cultural norm where I live. People who behaved like that would likely be voted out of office because of it.
Anyone that would call this woman out for her bad behavior, rudeness, and profanity is obviously a misogynistic, racist bigot and should be hanged, drawn, and quartered publicly.

They absolutely don't do that here in Minnesota. What backwards hell-hole of a state do you live in that this type of behavior is considered "quite commonplace"?

Are you talking about the profanity or the congressional sit in from another chamber ?
Profanity both among the populous and the chambers of your state legislature has long been common place. You hearing about it is what changed.

LOL.. The ONLY people who can actually BULLY are those who are in POWER.. Political speaking.. In real life bullies tend to have a sense of Power and go after their perceived weaklings!!
Just more spin from the Spin doctors .. So.. Who are the snowflakes??? Me guessing Republican's who dish it out.. But then whine about anything splashing back when whatever laws, views aren't palatable!!
Snowflakes is taking on a new meaning since Trump took over the Whitehouse.. and Majority in both House and Senate. State run GOP are now left trying to justify their extreme views and legislations that hurt those that don't donate or fund those GOP State representatives.
It's actually humorous.. IF it didn't directly affect the constituents ( regular folks)... False narratives has been exposed for decades.. yet only the Elite/Donators with DEEP pockets benefit is the constant .. NOT the actual voters. It's been well established that the majority of voters most often vote against their own interests.. and Yep.. It's because uninformed voters vote R or D .. Party lines.. NOT what platform or track record of candidate actually does!! $$$ will always get laws to advance their agenda.. regular folks Lose BIG TIME!!

No call for that; disgusting, loudmouth politicians occur in all states.
Sen. Carter-Peterson is from a "Maxine Waters" district.
