Their heads are exploding. I've never seen anything like it either. As bad as it was on Nov 8th.

MSM let them down then too. I'd think they'd would have learned their lesson by now.

Default Did comey commit a crime by leaking his own memos

I see a lot of discussions about Comey leaking information and committing a crime.

And I have to ask...what crime? He carefully did not put anything secret in the memos he leaked.

Ive seen some references to leaking documents even when not classified, but it requires that they be of some "value".

And given the contents it appears these would be available under a FOIA request...as such....not a crime.

It appears Burr realized what he does here will define how he is remembered, and he didn't want to be remember as a partisan hack. Rubio, possibly the same, but I wonder if in the back of his mind he isn't thinking about the "little Marco" and "your dad helped kill JFK" cracks.

Private citizen releasing non-confidential memos. Nope.

Crime or not, it is why he should have been fired, even before Trump did it.

That was so disturbing. I was listening from another room and went in to the TV room to see who was speaking in such a confusing manner. I was so disappointed to see that it was McCain. I agree that he knew he was lost - that's even sadder. I wish him well. He's endured enough in his POW days and I hope he can enjoy some happy times in his retirement which hopefully will be soon.

Always the right wing myths. The only ones who could impeach Trump are the Republicans and the Democrts will likely defend him.

I still don't get how it can be obstruction of justice when trump uses his Constitutional authority to fire the FBI director?

Sorry but we are talking about politicians. They all lie, Trump, H. Clinton, Obama, B Clinton and many under them in the government.
