Even if Russia did hack the election, they failed because Hillary didn't win. She is the one they bought influence from via the Clinton Foundation and they knew that if she won they'd be able to buy anything they wanted for the right price. She'd of left office a billionaire.

I think they really didn't see political benefit between Clinton vs. Trump (just like many American who couldn't pick between the two if forced), just more of a silly hate for Clinton because Putin just personally didn't like her.
The Russian from Stalin to Putin have always tried to insert their influence , just like the US in Eastern Europe. If they did make any attempt there of, the results did not show it.

HRC lost on her corruption and her hatred to Middle America.

How can Russians hack election, but Democrats also say there is no voter fraud at all?

i.e. They say no VoterID is necessary to validate those votes.

I've said this before, every country, the US included have been trying to manipulate elections for who knows how long.

Why Hillary lost is of no concern to me, and my point was it was of no concern to Russia either. Their primary goal seems to have been "Make the American election look like a joke" but little known to them, all of our candidates were already executing against that goal from the start.

Just like how the CIA, one of the world's best intelligence agencies, said Iraq had weapons of mass destruction.

since none of the voting machines were online, then they only thing that was accessed was the voter role databases. what is that going to tell the russians? how many republicans, democrats, and independents voted in the last several elections? they certainly couldnt change the vote tallies.

Aloha & Covfefe Comrades. Nyet! We had nothing to do with President Trump's election. We could have, but since his "opponent" was failing electioneering 101, we didn't need to.

Awww, that old trump chestnut, again untrue. They were split in the conclusion. Most reports said that they had the ABILITY to make WMD. shrub chose to ignore the non compliant facts. Hey, just like trump does!

Exactly.

If Obama and his 17 intelligence agencies weren't so busy spying on ordinary Americans, maybe they would have had time to shut down the Russians.

Impressive how the band of conservatives who have believed in every conspiracy theory about birth certificates and Sharia law takeover in America now suddenly have such disdain for evidence gathered by the world's best intelligence & surveillance professionals. I guess they prefer Russian over American interests.

First, if legit, we have some serious problems.

Second, if legit, this was done under Obama's watch. Can't blame Trump or this.
