Pre ACA was superior. I want to return to 1/19/2009 in that regard. If we can do better w/o extra cost, great. If not, 1/19/2009 please.

Your left wing nature leads you to think all action better than no action. Not true with gov't.

No it wasn't. You could get denied coverage for pre-existing conditions. You could be subject to lifetime expense caps. If you could afford it at all.

There is no way that the clock is going to be turned back to 2009. No matter how much you may desire it, that will never happen.

If any has notice the investigations of Trump has ended up empty like a cheap suit. On the other hand liberals cannot even defend Obama, HRC Lynch and Pedesta. That is where the anger arises, becuase the Left is fatally flawed.

However, millions more in 2009 had terrific employer plans vs 2017, with low deductibles and low annual limits, and vast majority w/o lifetime caps. Lifetime caps were primarily a McJob's issue. Those who graduated to adult jobs generally never experience one. Corps buy re-insurance to deal with high $ claims, routinely.

Millions less didn't even HAVE health care back in 2009. Look you can be smug about "I've got mine" but being a responsible citizen of this country is to help ensure that we are a "we" society, rather than a "me" society.

Interestingly enough, the Trump Administration is sabotaging the insurance markets by curtailing the risk corridors which are part of reinsurance that you've just mentioned. So the current administration is acting in bad faith towards the health care market in conjunction with the Congressional actions right now.

That's not a very relevant statement. What's more important is the number of people UNINSURED.

And the number of uninsured has dropped from 17.5% in 2009 to about 9.9% in 2016.
