And then there were the endless Benghazi 'investigations'. Are the Republicans surprised others will play the same games against them? I am not.

I'm not conservative (actually far from it), but die hard conservatives do not really support Trump and aren't among his vocal fans. Those who zealously defend him are mostly angry people, motivated by hatred twards liberals. This sentiment is at the base of Trump's weird presidency. They will defend him as long as he is perceived as the liberal slayer. Therefore, it really doesn't matter what he does (as long as he tweets his "anti" slogans).

If you are trying to say you acknowledge folks are emotionally unstable and want to connect the dots to political affiliation as a let's see who's more dumb, dangerous, wreckless, and crazy... CONGRATULATIONS YOU PLAYED YOURSELF
Seriously though NY_refugee87 show me where I said it was his fault? I said he was adding to the partisanship. Do you comprehend that a LOT of people are, and that extreme partisanship is what drives a lot of these folks who do things like this?

And suddenly you turn that into "congratulations you played yourself" Wow.

The country is headed in a dangerous direction. The shooting of a Republican Congressman and attempted murder of numerous other Republicans on that ball field is more evidence of that fact.
I know folks think these are different times but I see more of the same.
The USA has a long history of shootings, and death threats and nastiness......Gabrielle Giffords

This is what I don't get. Trump is a lifelong Democrat. He was buddies with the Clintons until two years ago. He gave TONS of money to Dems, including Clinton. He thought Bill was one of the best Presidents ever.

As a New Yorker, I have watched Trump for a LONG time and, while always pretty crazy, he was never like this politically until he ran for Pres. It's bizarre. He used to be super pro illegal immigration, anti-religious right, pro-globalist and the like. Talk about doing a 180.

But, for whatever reason, he successfully ascertained that he could convince a big % of the American public that he is a "conservative" and holds Republican principals. I don't get it.

That's your opinion. The Constitution gives you no such legal right.

The Second Amendment does not allow unlimited rights to armaments, and Americans are obviously less safe when there are fewer restrictions on arms.

I feel MUCH safer in almost any other first world country on earth, because they have sensible gun laws, and we don't. I don't have to worry about some nut shooting up a public place, as I do in the U.S.
Well since you want an answer I'll give it to you. Whether you deflect or ignore is your call.
Who's committing the acts of violence? Who burns flags? Not looking so good for you now is it?

Show me a conservative or group of conservatives who have burned a flag.
Show me a Republican entertainer that has beheaded obama or cast his death in a play or shown music videos of his death.

Oh really because everyone on my block owns guns and carries... I'm still alive and kicking, no shoot out at the OK Corral here... and we all have ARs and AKs 9s 40s 45s 357 sigs... so much for that lie...

I would not raise my family on such a block. Not safe.

I'm very happy in NYC, where we have reasonable gun control, and the lowest crime rate of any major U.S. city. Anyone can buy a gun, but there are actual govt. checks and required training.

Illegal guns are very expensive in NYC, so few are packing. They're dirt cheap in other parts of the country, which is why the baddies are packing.

Trump is president because he openly stood up to political correctness and liberal far left wackos. There is a hatred toward these safe space seeking un-American progressive types who have or are trying to upend our type of government, economic system and social values. They overreached with the socialism, safe spaces, gay agenda, transgender bathrooms and political correctness. When middle America saw thier freedom and economic well being affected by this garbage they reacted and elected Trump. Liberals have no one to blame but themselves, Americans have always been ready to elect centrist democrats and always have, but this new breed of liberal loon is beyond the tolerance levels of most Americans. Conjuring up scandals and accusing is all these liberals have left to stop or slow trumps agenda, they are playing the only card they have. If republican leadership is confident trump did nothing serious the it's time they begin to back the President and ignore this "scandal". Show some evidence or get out of the way and let the will of voters be carried out. Not only did the voters speak on trump, they sent a large majority republican congress to capital hill.

Time to control the border, reform healthcare and fix the trade imbalance for the rust belt. This is what the voters want.....NOT this scandal.

I didn't want to resort to this NOLA but kind of hard to argue video evidence...

Show me a conservative town that rioted when a liberal speaker came to its college...

Who's claiming Trump will destroy America as they go out and destroy America?

https://youtu.be/w-V4iJhnHhA

https://youtu.be/kUyM8HSYYuM

I can go on but I don't see any Trump supporters going out rioting excuse me you call it protesting... and causing damage. Assaulting people with bike locks or pepper spray...

Every time these type of events occur it gets taken down for another one "liberals" you all were encouraged to cull your own... don't count on 2018 or 2020 if these events continue to unfold.

Seriously. It was my generation and the younger generation who memed and mocked you guys to death... it's not my generation you need to try to appeal to... it's the younger more impressionable generation who also took to 4chan and found the bike lock professor in HOURS Shia Leboufs He Will not divide us flags and captured them...

Every time violence occurs we're seeing who's doing it. Either disband and ally with us so we can collectively move on, form a new party, or keep crying foul.

Fortunately for a good majority of us... we weren't the demons your rhetoric and leaders painted us to be and we prove it...
Hence Trump having the KKK guy removed from his rally and only the weak and fringe .01 percent of our party have been violent. Yall keep burning flags, rioting, burning stuff, smashing windows, attacking us physically, shooting us, and having your celebrities think about blowing up the white house, decapitation our leader, and attacking him and his wife and son baron. Your ugly deeds and evil ways will literally be your demise and you've done it to yourselves.

When your political leaders start losing, they'd better not be oblivious and cry the victim when they and their Hollywood and MSM puppets have yet to step forward and call for an end to the violence...

This is all history. Some day I'll talk to my grand kids about the meme war, the battle at Berkeley, inauguration day riots, and all of the other Deplorable things people of your affiliation have done.

That's the truth of it. It will go down in history as the death of the Democrat party, and made JFK roll in his grave. I'm sure if that man was alive today he'd break his foot off in Schumer Pelosi clinton and the rest of them and call them an embarrassment for everything he did.
