I think the only way we go to war with NK is if they attack SK or us. There is no other reason to move on that country. Right now they are just an antagonist, a little nat that keeps buzzing around.
Trump needs a war to distract from his other issues. Trump and the right wing are already milking the tragic death of Warmbier for all the political capital it is worth, a war is the logical next step. Trump has been itching for a way to show off what a tough guy he is and he is not going to pass up this chance to prove how much of an alpha male he can be. It is not like him, his family or anyone that he cares about is going to be in harms way.
President Trump was successful in trying to get China's help to avoid a military conflict. China failed to deliver.
The thread titles by those still in tears over the election are run about 90% being a lie, probably a greater percentage than that.

Huh? China got what they wanted. No more threatening to call them Currency Manipulators as he did for two years during his campaign. No ceiling imposed on the insane trade deficit with China, which he railed against on the campaign trail.
Bush and Obama tried the same thing cozying up and selling out to the Reds and it got them the same result: kidnapped Americans and non-stop threats against our country. It is time to vaporize them.
