.....but of course, it's always the liberals that have no tolerance for dissent! Right?

That said, I believe that radio stations have the right to determine their own editorial direction. If you don't wanna tow the line, I guess you should find another station.

Republicans can't bear to hear anything that that goes against what they already believe. Maybe that's why they don't want science taught in school.
This is a sample of what we have when the Republicans are in charge. Don't expect much better either.

Who cares what this convicted felon thinks? This guy is scum.

He was sentenced in 2008 for victimizing the Federal Communications Commission, Bard College and others in a $4.3 million forged check scheme. He sent bogus checks drawn on corporate accounts to work at home job seekers who had replied to his Craigslist ads. Recipients cashed the checks, kept 10%, and sent the rest to Bond's accomplices in Europe and Nigeria. The overseas accomplices then sent Bond his cut.

What a lefty hero.

lefty hero? I've never even heard of him. But yeah, he pled guilty. How the heck did he only get 2 1/2-7 years for stealing millions? And who would employ him? mind boggling.
Least he doesn't abuse drugs like limbaugh, but he is a piece of work.

The problem with your lazy, glib analysis is that WTPA is not an opinion or talk station where listeners tune in to hear people belch their political opinions across the airwaves. It's a rock music station. Most people tuned into a music station not only don't want to hear "dissenting" opinions, they don't want to hear political opinions at all; otherwise they'd be listening to a talk radio station instead.

If a talk radio host played Aerosmith and Foghat all day instead of discussing current events, he'd probably be fired too.
