You are correct.

A highly paid scrub QB who cannot bother to vote or even truly understand the issue at hand.

Overindulged moron would be more accurate.

I don't care about his abilities. This isn't a football blog anyway, and his play isn't the issue. I ain't from San Fran.

Voting is a personal choice and you're in no position to make a determination on what issues he can understand. For all I know, he's got a helluva lot more understanding of the issues than you do.

Overindulged moron? So. That describes three quarters of this country.

That's one of the most thuggish leagues (along with hockey) in America, and fans don't give a damn.
Not many fans wondering why CK is not on a roster...

No, I would put my IQ and my educational accomplishments up against him any day of the week.

And I would win.

As for voting, if one cannot bother to engage in the most simple yet important acts of participatory democracy, then it is that much more difficult to take their loud and sophomoric views seriously.

bullcrap. All he did was kneel during the anthem. It was the most out of site out of mind "protesting" you can do. It only became a thing because of idiot "fake patroits" were fake outraged. All people had to do was ignore Kaepernick.

full stop.

Kudos to the players for organizing and rallying around their colleague. I hope lots of people that support police brutality come out the woodwork and expose themselves over this too. And if need be, I hope the players go so far as to walk-out on the season if things don't change. As big a football fan as i am, we don't HAVE to have a season for all i care. Hurt their pocketbooks. All the revenue these games generate would have a significant impact on these cities.

Yea that's right- that's "all he did."

God forbid he actually go out there and do something of substance like Jackie Robinson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Darrel Green, and others did and continue to do.

But it's all about him. Just him. "Look at me" ME!"

Something the legions of dupes in this country cannot seem to grasp.

So.

What are you gonna say if he ends up on a roster this season? You DO realize that the possibility is extremely high, right?

And you would win? Your educational accomplishments and IQ? All of us have doctorates in Theoretical Physics on CD.

Loud? He took a knee and said nothing unless he was asked.

Sophomoric? Ever think that he'd feel the same about your views?

Do people not watch football? Kaepernick didn't get picked up because of "LOL ACTIVISM".

Has anyone seen Kap play QB the last 2 years? He's been downright TERRIBLE! Accuracy is way off, underthrows. I think in one game last year in Chicago, he got a grand total of 5 yards. 5! Hell, Kap didn't even start the first half of the year and got benched for BLAINE GABBERT! LOL

Running QB's don't do well if they suck in the pocket, and defenses have figured out Kaepernick and RGIII's playing style. If they don't adapt to playing in the pocket instead of scrambling, they won't really have a career.

This is one of the silliest stories circulating the news media right now. Kaepernick is a terrible QB.

You're supposed to stand up against perceived injustice. Ignoring it just because you make money is cowardice at worst, insensitive at best.

There has always been politics in sport. Jackie Robinson was extremely political. Joe Louis was political. Jim Brown was political. Muhammad Ali was political.

That was ok then, but out of bounds now? Nonsense.
Don't forget shooting and beating people. The thug league.

"Look at me?"

Sports is entertainment. That's what entertainment is. They don't play in empty stadiums.

What did Jackie Robinson do that Kap ISN'T doing? Jackie Robinson played baseball against people that didn't want him there in front of crowds that didn't want to see him there.

Now how exactly is Kap supposed to duplicate that in 2017?

Dude, put that putative big IQ to use for once.
