her problem is that it would have said one way or another whether or not she is part native american, and she doesnt want to take the chance that her "family stories" are not true. probably because she alreay knows the answer to that.

So what! Commercial autosomal DNA tests often don't pick up distant Native American colonial ancestry. It is common for one to have a distant Native American colonial ancestor verifiable by genealogical records and not inherit any Amerinidan DNA segments from that ancestor. A DNA test of this sort cannot rule out distant Native American ancestry because of the way DNA recombination occurs.
What percentage of Indian DNA would satisfy you of any Indian ancestry?
If it came back at 1%, 2%, 5%, 10%, 25% ...?
My blond wife came back at 20% Indian and we're like where the hell did that come from?
I'm not a Republican. There is no way I will ever vote for Trump. I want an alternative I can support. I think this is important and I'm not going to vote for Warren if she runs unless she comes up with a better story.
I doubt she’ll run.
