Why not just pass a full repeal? You know it's politically feasible, right? This is what the American people want!

This would be Trump's biggest triumph -- even though he isn't directly involved...lol. He would get credit if both these parties could stop playing games and start doing their job.

I think this is a ploy by McConnell. He floats acts the idea out that he will work with dems to get the far right republicans like rand and Cruz to capitulate.
