I don't know what's worse, a cop trying to obviously plant something or the cops man bun.
Something tells me there is a lot more to this story. Seems very odd that he would randomly search that vehicle. Maybe the cop is 100% wrong with his actions. Maybe not. Certainly would like more information on this.
And this thread as only five posts. Hmm, I wonder why. Yoohoo! Blue Lives Matter folks, where are you? Come take a look at this video and tell me there isn't an insidious problem.
No matter your skin tone, if you are not a cop you need to carry a recording device on you from the minute you step out of your house, until you return.

Maybe not? Dude, even when there's video, the denials pour like a waterfall. The cop skulked away like a dog. Not only him, but his partner who knew the deal too. And notice the heavy duty gloves.
Open your eyes, man. If this was legit, they would have stood their ground and explained what was happening and provided their badge numbers for follow up to the owner of the vehicle, but they hightailed it out of there.
He said they received reports of guns in the vehicle. The Plain View Doctrine would permit him to open the hatch had he spotted what he believed to be contraband while looking thru the window.
And now bad news for the cop:
Once you've identified the item as non-contraband the Plain View Doctrine becomes null and void meaning if he believed he saw a gun in there once he verified that the specific item wasn't a gun he would have to shut the hatch and move on.
There's my best defense of the cop. Pretty terrible huh?

Again the cop may be 100% wrong. However it is very odd that he would toss a vehicle at random. I would like to know why before passing judgement. Also this officer is in plain clothes. It may not mean much to you but he could be in various different units which could explain a little as to why the car was tossed.
