That is not the role of government. You are responsible for your own life.

The biggest lie and biggest "fake news" in recent times has been this seven year farce that the GOP had some great, wonderful and awesome plan to replace Obamacare with. They had nothing at all...nothing.

Its not the democrats job to come up with a plan now. The republicans have a majority in both houses of Congress.

We didn't need Obamacare in the first place. It was shoved down America's throat by Democrats, who didn't even know what was in the bill before they passed it.

Wrong. We had 45 million people without health insurance when the ACA was passed. Health care costs were rising at a rate of about seven to eight percent a year. Now we have about 20 million with no health insurance and costs are increasing at about 4% a year. Insurers could legally discriminate against those with preexisting conditions which is intolerable in a civilized society. Now, they cannot.

Obamacare was crafted entirely in the White House by the Obama administration, and then delivered to Congress, where Nancy Pelosi famously said, "We have to pass this bill so we can find out what's in it."

Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. It was crafted entirely by Congress provision by provision. Obama was criticized for staying out of the process for as long as he did. Its why it was not passed until 2010, over one year after he became President.

It must be repealed. It should be replaced with Free Market Capitalism. The government has no business being involved in my health care, or telling me what insurance I should have.
People like you never can admit to failure because you believe, without proof, that markets solve everything. We wouldn't have gotten in this health insurance mess in the first place if markets worked in this area of the economy. Buying health care is different than buying televisions or automobiles. You belong in 1917, not in 2017.

Agreed. They inherited a mule to run in the KY Derby. They tried to fix the mule, feed the mule, even design a better mule,.....but it's a freaking mule.

Time to kill the mule and get a new racehorse.....or shut the KY Derby down. I vote for what ever is cheapest.

Not one Trump voter wanted a different version of Obamacare. All of this Health Insurance debate the past 6 months has been a farce and joke. All of the "outrage" shown by the media (and anti Trump posters) is hilarious. Hair on fire over which POS health insurance plan is better or worse.

(newsflash: They're both POS health insurance plans)

Next they're going to inform us that Russians try to meddle in elections & that there is Gambling at Ricks. Where in the heck do they get these Romper Room media celebrities & newspaper writers? It's mind boggling that the electorate is this economically (& politically) brain dead.
