Lynch had to approve it, by Federal Law:
Section 212(d)(5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Title 8, United States Code, Section 1182(d)(5): provides authority to
the Attorney General to parole aliens otherwise ineligible for a visa into the United States.
Why did Lynch approve the lawyer's presence in the US in June 2016? For WHAT purpose?
