Going by the track record with the healthcare reform so far, I'm not very confident in Trump simplifying the tax code.
What's the confidence level that democrats would simplify the tax code ? Did they try to do it sometime in the last 8 years ? Confidence in congress is low on all issues.
It's taken him 6 months and the engine hasn't even turned over. Trump probably forgot to put the gas in or doesn't know how to pull the starter cord. With the health reform debacle thus far, things are looking up for tax reform and other legislation
Just getting started - haha - the question is at what.

This has to do what with the topic at hand?
Seriously and this goes for reps and dems but this knee-jerk deflection to "but what about the other party..." is so tedious and brings nothing to the table.
The democrats are not in charge right now and I'm voicing my opinion on the current administration and they are claiming they want to simplify the tax code and as I mentioned given their track record so far my confidence level on them achieving that is not very high. I'm sorry if that bothers you, if the dems were in charge and Clinton would have butchered a promised health-care reform the way Trump and his people have done so far I'm sure my confidence would be equally thin. Better now?
Wait, he's going to be even worse? Is that even humanly possible??
