Spitzer resigns and will turn over the office of Governor on Monday, March 17 2008. Was it the right call or overblown? Do you think the delegate loss will affect Hillary?

It was the right call. New York needs a full time governor and not someone who will spend most of his day mired in legal issues.

right choice for him, wrong category for you.. nothing to do with the elections, unless your going to discuss his delegate count, which is for Clinton

Best thing for the State of New York, the country, and his family.

Ummm......I absolutely had no idea that NY had a governor. Given the fact that it's always Clinton/Guliani and Bloomberg on the news. Who is this guy??? A governor! Mayor! orrrr

Of course it was the right call. It was the only call.

Now. If there is any potential link it would be this: When gov, Bill Clinton used to have state police get ho’s for him. This gov used state police to trail and report on what he considered republican political rivals. So we know both like to use state police for “political ends”.

Probably a good thing he resigned since it sounds like most people in NY didn't like him too much.

But, if an adult man wants to spend money to have sex with an adult women, then that should be his/her business. The fact that he was a crusader against prostitution makes him a big fat hypocrit though.

It was the right call, if for no other reason than there was too much distraction to lead effectively.

Now, if only Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick of Detroit would do the same!!

I wouldn't care if he had just cheated onhis wife (it's personal and NOT anyone's busines.. although I don't condone it). bUT he broke the law.. (he shouldh ave just gone to Nevada) and because he broke the law.. high priced hookers or a hooker on the street.. it's still breaking the law..

I have a feeling his wife would strongly disagree with you.
