Not only do I think Russia should be sanctioned, I think they must be sanctioned. It's funny that all the Trump Russia loves have nothing to say about Russia killing almost 300 plane passengers.
Every US intelligence agency has said Russia definitely meddled in US elections. That is like a declaration of war and a bipartisan US Congress has voted for sanctions.
