The only criteria for entering any college or university should be grades. And if 90% will be Asians, great, good for them. Nobody complains about 75% AA in the NBA, right?

Actually, Trump's first real estate deal was guaranteed jointly by Trump's father and the Hyatt chain.

Getting one's wealthy father to back your first deal is one thing.

Getting the nice folks at Hyatt, Inc. to sign on to the deal is something very different.

It's benefited the recipients of it.

By "benefitting America," you mean how has it benefited YOU!

No it hasn't. It's not supposed to. Who benefited when whites were always at the head of the line?

Codified racism and sexism by the involuntary State benefits no group nor a single individual.

Grades only? Colleges typically also look at test scores(ACT/SAT), volunteer and extracurricular activities, leadership qualities, entrance essay and type of classes taken.

In school you might have to crack a book once in a while and read a page or two but you will pass. That's the system we have.

Blue collar Billionaires like Trump are rare. We are lucky to have him and his clan. Its not a problem.
Blue collar?!!

That's it in a nutshell. The OP's beef is with Harvard, not necessarily Kushner.

And race-based "affirmative action" is still criminally wrong, irrespective of whether the OP ever gets around to nailing the blame on Harvard or not.

She's also a "legacy" admission. Her application got a few extra consideration points because her father is an alumnus, which has been Harvard's practice for several hundred years now. It doesn't hurt that said alumnus is also a former president.

You're complaining about it right now.

Speaking of which, why don't any of you ever complain that African Americans are over represented in the military by double their proportional population as a whole?

Nah...it only matters when black folks are perceived to be getting something that you'd rather see another group get..

Grades CAN NOT be the only criteria used to select incoming freshmen. If that's the case, then colleges don't need admissions departments.

Moreover, those of you that claim that this is what you want even if it means that the student bodies will be 90% Asian are lying. You don't believe it, nor do you want it. It just makes you sound good to your other Anti Affirmative Action pals. Whites have already been pushing back against these huge number of Asians being admitted to elite colleges.

Basically, this whole "pro Asian" stance that you guys are taking is a canard, and transparently so. You're just trying to use the Asian community as a group to pit against blacks in your fight against Affirmative Action. It's completely insincere and phony. Many Asians see through it too.
