No. It's pretty clear now. I have a hard time as a young person believing that anyone would actually complement these hardcore fringe lunatic groups. I usually think these people are one step from lock up.

This is a joke, right? He was in a car. If he was acting in self-defense, why would he drive toward the people he supposedly felt threatened by instead of using his car to drive the hell out of there?
Again, for those slow to catch on... His car was attacked from behind. Both the attack AND the damage to the rear of his car are clearly visible in the video and in the still frame image. Therefore, he accelerated forward to evade further attack.

It's fun it try and imagine the thought process Newshour producers went through in selecting this panel:
- Mark Potok of the Southern Poverty Law Center who famously looks forward to the "oblivion" of the white majority in America in the next 30 years. A living caricature if there ever was one.
- Leonard Pitts Jr., a black race issues writer who once, in reference to outrage over the brutal kidnapping, torture and murder of a white couple by 5 blacks said, "cry me a river".
- Carol Anderson, an African American studies professor and author of the book, "White Rage"
I don't think they were going for balance.
