At no point does the study say or suggest Fox is a balanced news agency . What it discusses is positive and negative coverage. A balanced and fair news outlet could have 100% neg coverage or 100% positive.

In fact fox's FAILURE to present the very real and high volumes of negative news suggests it may not be a balanced station and instead works very hard to support a failing POTUS who has the lowest support of ANY modern president in our history.



What the OP has done is take a study and title it to suit the OP's desired worldview. This is the very essence of fake news. Taking a study, turning it on it's head and declaring the FOX/Trump propaganda outlet as "balanced" when it is clear they are doing everything they can to hide just how badly trump is failing.
