Ah, you're thinking about squaring off against, "Them"...............
Are you talking about defensive measures if attacked by "Them" or are you talking about eliminating "Them" as a solution in an offensive campaign? (Are we playing offense or defense?)
You need to clarify who you think the enemy is coming to take your food and water.
The blacks pouring out of the ghettos?
The illegal immigrants?
Or maybe the next door neighbors who's kids your child has played with for years?
Everybody?
Or is this just another "If the S#it hits the fan" query done in a backdoor sort of way?
I'll be glad to discuss my personal and group strategies for survival in various situations but I need to know the situation first.

Are we contemplating a war in Houston or is it N Korea this evening? What's InfoWars going on about now? The far right is just dying for more violence in the streets. Why do you want to help them incite violence by spreading their garbage all over the Internet?
Why don't you post your question on the survival forum? They're all about war and civil unrest over there.

Well to prepare for war... the president must consult with Congress and gain congressional approval for war...
