No, they ruled that he couldn't on his own account any longer since he had official government statements on there. Should have kept it separate.

And....what? Are you trying to say that since he didn't win the popular vote, he shouldn't fall under the 1st Amendment?

I am confused on how the appeals court think this is a first amendment issue... You have the freedom of speech but it doesn't mean you can put that speech on other people's property... Can I vandalise buildings with graffiti? The Twitter account is private property, how is that any different?

Since he made official government statements on his personal account, they ruled that it became a public forum (limited...his feed, not all of Twitter) and thus the 1st applied.

I demand to post notes on every WH bulletin board. Lol

Trump should be able to ban whomever he pleases from his Twitter feed, and Twitter should have the right to ban him.

Does not currently apply to social media, just TV and radio. I suppose changes could be made and lawsuits filed, but who knows. Social media is a different sort of medium, so I think it would be complicated to regulate.

This is impossibly impractical on modern platforms, estimates are something like 95% of the comments made about Net Neutrality on the FCC's site were faked and it was both sides doing it. The 5% of legitimate users had their comments buried by bots.

So, you're stating that ANYONE can see them.

You kind of defeated your own argument.
