“It was a presidential trip to a deluged state where the president didn’t meet a single storm victim, see an inch of rain or get near a flooded street,” Colbert said.
“He’s been closer to a flood in a Russian hotel room,” the CBS host added.
Trump's visit to Houston was bullsheet. Not even North Korea or Mao-era China produced such lame, inept, and clumsy propaganda as Trump's White House. It's laughable.
They obviously used Trump's trip to Houston to repair his image as a racist, following the Charlottesville debacle. You saw nothing but pics of Trump kissing black babies and meeting black people who were probably hired from "Rent-A-Negro." I've never seen a group of black people so happy to see Trump. Ain't gonna happen in the real world. "Oh Lordy! Praise be! Massa Trump is here!"
But the real centerpiece of the Houston visit was the speech he made there. If you look closely there was a black man right behind Trump and placed in full view of the camera. Hew was holding a sign that read, "Blacks for Trump."
Jesus H Freakin' Christ these people are stupid.
You want to see "fake news." Just look at the footage of Trump's visit. Fake! Fake! Fake!
Unfortunately, those who watch those kinds of hateful dialog aren't smart enough to separate comedy from life.
You realize you just described the opening poster right? We all know he met with actual victims on his second visit, Colbert was referring to the virst visit. On his second visit he did in fact meet with victims. Told those suffering at the shelter to "Have a good time". Remember those words of wisdom? What kind of ass tells homeless people at a shelter to have a good time?
