The law IS on his side, but Sessions needs to take a different approach.
You can make up all the bogus reasons you want but if the law was on his side he wouldn't continually get shot down by the courts.
You want it both ways. The courts ruled for Trump on his ban because it is up to him and federal government to determine who can come here and who is here legally or not.
A state could not issue the ban Trump did because it is not their place to do so. They are also under zero obligation to enforce federal immigration laws and for the most part can not even if they wanted to.

I'll tell you what is so funny...........it is that Donald Trump thought he could run the country like his silly little reality show. He and he alone would call all the shots. He soon found out, and continues to find out, that America doesn't work like that and all the big promises he made to the gullible people who voted for him were lies. Obama, even being a "Constitutional Law expert" and all, was OVERRULED MORE then any other President by the Supreme Court, with several by a 9 to 0 vote.

Not even you believe he can do that. I find it a sad commentary that those like yourself want those who have no say prosecuted but are silent over the government refusing to actually prosecute (business owners) those they are able to.
It's hard to imagine getting to the pinnacle of your career...working your entire life toward climbing the ladder...and, then, when you make it there you are faced with a mentally ill boss who berates you and calls you an Idiot.
Heck, I wouldn't put up with such treatment from anyone unless my family was starving or I had signed up for the Army or Marines.
No pity for Sessions. Despite public humiliation he won't voluntarily give up what power he has. He's every bit the equivalent scumbag as Trump. They both keep the bad karma coming back on them.

You would think many Black majority cities would not want illegals coming in and taking the available jobs that Blacks could be working. Seems like legal minorities are getting screwed by these policies.
Even here on CD many Democrats / Liberals seem to be FOR upholding immigration laws.
No reason to prosecute business owners, seize their assets, imprison them, and not do the same to "sanctuary city" Federal Law violator mayors, city council members, etc.
