It says that the businesses are closed because people are traumatized, not because the owners were arrested. Did they just pick up those here illegally and tell the business owner, "See you, have a nice day"?

They're in the US illegally.
They're working in the US illegally.

Prosecute the business owners/managers if they knowingly employed the illegal aliens, too.

No, but the vast majority of illegals in KY will hear about it and put them on notice including the businesses that hire them.
