It says that the businesses are closed because people are traumatized, not because the owners were arrested. Did they just pick up those here illegally and tell the business owner, "See you, have a nice day"?
Low hanging fruit, big headlines, no measurable result (aside from a loss of income/jobs to the employer and employees). I wonder how much this exercise in propaganda cost the taxpayer?
In the long run cost savings. Unless, of course, you are in the camp that thinks dodging taxes, identity theft and abuse of social services is a good thing?

They're in the US illegally.
They're working in the US illegally.
Prosecute the business owners/managers if they knowingly employed the illegal aliens, too.
Fine them $10K per illegal employed. Businesses will get the message.
