The video begins with the woman saying that she has a right to push the dog and that she won’t keep her hands to herself. It is unclear if, before the camera started rolling, she assaulted the animal or its owner. As the woman continues to rant, another woman off-camera interrupts, “He’s alive because he fought for our country!”
The woman, who was dining at Kathy’s Crab House & Family Restaurant in Delaware City, was filmed yelling at a group of people in the middle of the eatery, arguing that having a dog in the dining room is “nasty,” and that there should be a “separate section” for people with animals, reports Heavy.com.
Thoughts? .......
If the restaurant allows it. Then I believe she should have no quarrel over the dog.
Preliminary view doesn't show me anything to get upset over.
Private business allows it. Individuals who come onto his property have to respect or leave.
No violence there from what I saw. When asked to leave she did so nearly immediately...good enough for me.
Non-aggression principle remained intact on both sides. Just move on.
BUT
If she did push the animal or the animal's owner prior to filming we have a clear violation of the NAP. As OP noted, not sure if it happened or just the woman ranting and raving.
