Great for him, someone that finally gets it in professional sports. Wonder how long before he succumbs to peer pressure though.

P.K. Subban said on Tuesday that he will “never” kneel during the national anthem to protest something politically.

Subban performed at a fundraiser on Tuesday night at Zanies Comedy Club in Nashville, to benefit Comedy Cares. He told the audience that he would “never” take a knee during the national anthem, because he has too much respect for the American flag. His comments were sent to us by two eyewitnesses, and confirmed by the Predators. Subban, who is Canadian, is considered the most prominent black player in pro hockey.

No shock. NHL players have class. NFL players are mostly thugs, with a ton of serious criminals amongst their "alumni".

All you have to do is google what these NFL players have given back to their neighborhood, kids, their city, you name it. They try to make a difference and help. They are not thugs as Trump wants you to believe.

Tons of NFL criminals. Few NHL criminals. Few MLB criminals.

That is one factor that is being overlooked. He's a Canadian of Caribbean background.

The BLM anti-police/anti-white movement is international, and part of the message of the NFL anthem protestors is race before country. Kudos to Subban for rejecting that.
