How would you go about kicking out half the population of the United States? This should be good...
In the last few terrorist attacks that was one of the solutions most mentioned which was kicking out Muslims. So I'm saying the same with white gun nuts.
Ask Japan a country of almost 200 million how they managed to only have 11 gun homicides last Year. Ask the Republic of China who heavily regulates the ownership of firearms. Generally, private citizens are not allowed to possess firearms. How many homicides did a country of 1 billion have last year.
The population of Japan is 125 million and not remotely comparable culturally to the US.

That said, as a Trump-hating liberal, you won't catch me blaming you for voting for Trump, nor will I somehow try to associate this shooting with Trump in any way. That is just crazy.
And you should never apologize for being a white American just like I would never apologize for being a Black American.

There are things that can be done.
How about charging people who commit crimes with weapons and make them serve their full sentences?
That will reduce amount of people murdered by ex cons with guns who ignore gun laws.
You can't stop a nut job who is determined to kill. Well, I guess we can forbid people from being out in public without a good reason. Would that be your next step in violating our rights in order to battle this?
Gun crimes are treated seriously by every Court in the US so that simply makes no sense.

Fact is this is simply a narcissist who wanted to commit an act so heinous his name would forever be remembered in the annals of crime. He will get the attention he so craved.
Doesn't matter his political views or background. Whether the Charleston shooter, the Orlando shooter, Va Tech shooter, etc. The outer motives may appear different, but the inner motives are all the same. This is why we will never prevent these narcissists from future such incidents.
Perhaps the name and info of these shooters should be downplayed. They are being glorified by the attention, it needs to be limited.
Bad analogy but years ago there would be streakers at ball games. The broadcasters decided to ignore them and turn the cameras away as soon as they were spotted. The incidents went way down.
Trump tweeted his "warmest condolences" to the victims. Even when he tries to sound consoling he comes across as a total clown. He is so far in over his head as President.

I think something like 'heartfelt condolences' would have been more appropriate. but, it takes someone with a heart to think of that.

China is a Communist Country -- they control/regulate everything. They claim to be diverse, but recognize no religion (officially atheist) and the only "diversity" are cultural Chinese.
Japan is the same - except for the Communist Control. Japan is only Japanese
No comparison is reasonable between Asian Nations with the same language/religion/culture for all citizens and the most Diverse Nation in the World -- USA.
