So if cancer was infectious, it would be ok to give others cancer because those patients are living longer?
Imagine a waitress knowingly having hand, foot, and mouth disease, and passing to her customers, oh well it was your choice to eat at that restaurant.
What's worse is you can have HPV and be fine but pass it on to someone else who gets cancer from it. It is a cancer that kills, and pap smears are not always accurate. HPV is VERY common, how many people tell some random tinder date they have it...
I think some of you are being insensitive here. Having to tell people you HIV + deprives them of their right to have promiscious, unprotected sex. That's right might as well be amendment zero for liberals.
Interesting that several states have no laws on the issue.
