Serious question: Does Mr. Trump see himself as wanting to improve the lives of of the entire US population, or just those who elected him?

In other words, is he attempting a win-win atmosphere for all of the US joined together, or is he wanting to find improvement for one part of the population while making the other part the losers.

If it is the win-win situation, then what will the new and improved US look like?
If it is the win vs lose situation, then what is being taken from the losers to be given to the winners?

This poll will be open for 30 days, but responses can be added indefinitely. This is an anonymous poll.

Non-existent, his concern is improving life for the Trumps.

Neither. He sees himself doing whatever garners him the most attention.

Only his insane, sociopathic base. He doesn't care about the rest of America or our allies.

Himself and only himself. He's a classic narcissist and that's all they ever care about. He only feeds his base read meat because he needs their support to stay front and center in charge. He proved that he didn't care about his base when he tried to cancel their health care with two of the most vile, anti people pieces of legislation ever concocted. It would have negatively impacted his base more than any other demographic in the nation.

Trump cares about no one but himself. History has shown that very clearly.

I have seen President Trump reach across the isle to get things done and has even asked their consul many issues. However we cannot say the same with Obama and the Dem's.

The President has asked for constructive policy suggestions on many issues. Many on the left has basically is telling the President to go away.

Which base? Because I think he's got at least two.

In general, I think his instinct is that wealthy people are the people who drive the american economy, and therefore their interests come first. I also think he has a pretty strong authoritarian streak, straight out of the 18th century.

Presidents stopped representing "the people" after JFK got assassinated.

Now, Presidents are selected, not elected.
