I guess now Trump wants to curb free speech and news stations he doesn't agree with. Free Speech?

I mean it's not like there's a law or anything granting press freedoms to print things....

For a man who throws temper tantrums over football players standing for the national anthem, he sure hates a lot of American values like the 1st Amendment.
It's obvious that the media is highly liberal, hates Trump and has been in Operation Destroy Trump mode for well over a year. First the Russian thing which got blown up with very little evidence. Now that they have failed on that account, they are set on making Trump look unstable by badgering with half truths and sometimes flat out lie. Take this article posted today:

“I Hate Everyone in the White House!”: Trump Seethes as Advisers Fear the President Is “Unraveling”
In recent days, I’ve spoken with a half dozen prominent Republicans and Trump advisers, and they all describe a White House in crisis as advisers struggle to contain a president that seems to be increasingly unfocused and consumed by dark moods.
What's missing here? ZERO evidence? Dark moods? Based on what evidence? Is Vanity Fair somehow a fly on the wall? Funny, the Las Vegas victims who met Trump describe a man who was pleasant, caring and kind. But the media has to paint him as unstable. The interesting thing is VF actually is showing a shocking quote yet they offer not a single shred of evidence that Trump ever made such a statement. Of course, the statement makes Trump look like a todder throwing a tantrum. That's the image they want to get in your head.

I can say that I have lost complete respect for NBC. They are pure anti-American garbage. Our nation just went through the greatest mass shooting in modern history. The president is dealing with this crisis while at the same time we have a devastated Puerto Rico , wildfires, and NK being a major problem. It is one of the darkest times in our country since 9/11. And these jerks decide now is the best time to air the Moron story. Great going, NBC. Rattle the nerves of the president when we need to be supporting him. They don't give a rip about the American people.

He seems preoccupied with the Trump Brand. That's probably why he flies off when he feels personally slighted. Somebody needs to tell him to forget about the Trump brand for a few years, it's all about the United States of America for a few more years. Putin made being the tough guy look too easy. Poor Trump just doesn't understand. Don't they have an AM radio in the White House Trump can listen too? A little AM am talk radio will get him feeling his oats again.

I'm sorry, but you seem to be in a different time zone than the rest of us.

It is not the media choosing inappropriate times for Trump to tweet his idiocies. It is Trump, and Trump alone. He is a highly inappropriate person who acts like a toddler and demands immediate attention for his petty issues.

Why choose now to bring up the moron story? Because now is when Trump is putting out presidential statements about it (yes--those stupid tweets are presidential statements--he just doesn't get that).

Trump is the one who gets up at dawn and starts furiously tweeting out inanities at the American public. Yes, this is the so-called president's priority! Stop blaming the media for reporting what Trump is doing and saying as he is saying it.

Geez--is the so-called president the only person in the room who doesn't have to take responsibility for his own moronic actions? You go ahead and read the timeline of the dumb Trump tweets. Why is it that the so-called president, "in this dark time" with "so many more important things to do" spends his hours tweeting inane dumb comments? He brought up the IQ crap, not the media.

The media is doing its job. It is Trump that is not doing his. So please, please, please stop blaming everything int he world for Trump's idiocy. Stop making excuses for this man. Trump is the only one to blame.

Trump's tweets have been in reaction to the garbage attacks from the media. Please tell me how Rex's "moron" comment serves the American people one bit. It isn't something we needed to know even if he did say it. Plus it potentially puts damages the faith of foreign leaders that Rex is truly representing the president. The IQ crap would have never been brought up if NBC hadn't started the whole mess.

It was the same thing when Bush was in office. The only difference is Bush quietly took the abuse. Liberals insulted him, called him a moronic baboon and embarrassment. All they can do is spew out hypocritical anger and venom. In one rare instance, Kathy Griffin had to apologize for actually showing a severed bloodly head of Trump. And yet she went right back on stage this week spewing the same foul filth and showing her apology was just a big fat lie. Disgusting.

So now - let me get this straight - It's NBC's fault that Trump challenged his own Secretary of State to an IQ test and speculated the Secretary of State (his own appointee!) would lose? It's NBC's fault?
