Anything that has the support of the fools who wrote the ACA should probably be killed.

The Republicans were vehemently against subsidizing insurance companies, if any of them now agree to this deal, they should be voted out of office.

So, what's your solution to the healthcare crisis in this country? You make asinine statements like this but offer no ideas for a solution.

I'm a fan of both sides working together. I realize that this stance makes me an enemy of the whackos on the far ends of each side, but you extreme political hacks can **** off.

Work together, D and R, and get **** done.

Jesus Christ it'd be nice to have some adults represent us in our political leadership wouldn't it?

I think they're stuck in a hard place.

continue CSR payments -> people complain about subsidizing insurance companies
stop CSR payments -> people complain about premiums rising (yes EVEN MORE than the ACA increases we've already seen) or more insurers leaving the market

IMO, I think the lesser of 2 evils is probably to continue CSR payments but work hard as hell on another healthcare bill to take us to the new system. Whether it's back to the old way, fixing ACA, single payer, some new framework altogether, whatever... we just need to get there. We need stability.

I'd prefer that they keep fighting, actually. When the government gets **** done, we get ****ed.

Today, Trump flip-flopped and said he won't support anything that bails-out the insurance companies. Schumer said that Trump is completely undependable and is for it one day and against it, the next. He acted surprised. He shouldn't have been. Trump is just showing again, that he can't be trusted to stand behind anything and his cooperation with democrats is just a hollow ploy that has fallen apart, just days after he was promoting it. No one should expect the Democrats to give any credibility to his future attempts at bi-partisanship.
