What is difficult to understand? You have a broken watch, you can 1) Repair it or 2) Throw it in the trash and replace it.... You always have options, with liberals, you think there is no option...

I still don't get the obamacare other than the fact that it force people to have coverage including people who has no intention of living here. On top of that, I never truly understand what this repeal and replace. It seems like just a game to people in Washington. If they truly care about citizens, there are whole lot of area to work on, such as taxes, spending, budgets, debt, etc....

I am losing hope in the leadership of this country because it seems like everything boil down to money instead of what they can do to really make a change for the whole society.

Bingo.

Telling voters that we will gut ACA, your premiums will go up 30%, and it will cost the nation an additional $200 billion would have been a hard sell.

If we get that you will certainly see rationing of care, and government deciding who even gets care.

What option(s) are Trump and the Rs putting out there now that they have stepped up their sabotage of ACA?

Or, for that matter, Medicare.

Let's face it...it's time to kill Medicare and let the free market forces work.

Why? It's certainly not the case in other nations with Universal Healthcare. Why do you believe America is so incompetent?
