I guess this is different in that we got played by Sadr--who who used his position as Head of the Health Ministry to funnel the medicines and money to his fighters...

The question for the courts is ..did these companies know about this..or, at least, was this consequence foreseeable?
Give me a break. The CEO's of these companies make millions and are touted as being super intelligent....to think they did not know about this is beyond naïve..........
