Well, Trump just made the case harder for prosecutors against the NYC terrorist. He's already convicting and sentencing him on twitter, which can taint the jury and force a mistrial.

Coemey's leaking of documents to the Press was illegal, unless you believe CNN and MSNBC. I trust what the lawyers who have commented on this case have said. He violated the law.

Comey had his "exoneration speech" written before the investigation was complete; before all witness had been interviewed. There was more than enough evidence to indict her. And after making an excellent case for an indictment, he then says these now famous words: "Yet no reasonable prosecutor ..."
I didn't use the word, "conspiracy." But there has been a gross miscarriage of justice. Some people are above the law, it would seem. And now Comey himself is in legal trouble because of what he did to force the appointment of special counsel, his long time close friend, Robert Mueller, appointed by Rod Rosensteien, another friend, who just happened to be involved with the Uranium One deal when Mueller was FBI Director and conducting an investigation of Rosatom, who was making a bid for Uranium One in order to gain access to U.S. uranium.
