Typical South American tin plated dictator. He reminds me a bit of Joseph Stalin. Yep, a real class act. "I know you are starving my fellow citizens but take comfort in that I am more than well fed and have your interests at heart." After all they can't expect him to work so tirelessly for them without eating. All that leadership and caring emotion takes energy.
The shame of it is that if Trump were not President we would be rushing aid into that country. Predictably little of the aid would have made it to the people; it would have been scarfed up by the elites in corruption.
