FLynn was kicked out of the Army for really inept oversight (lot of intelligence leaks on his watch)... and was fired from the Department of National Intelligence for "incompetence and poor judgment."
How does he keep getting hired?
Because he's one of the inner circle people. DC is a tight knit clique. No one in either party wants outsiders coming in and rocking their boat.
The same people get re-elected over and over. The same people show up as heads of various departments/agencies. The "same people" over and over and over.
Even the same law firms show up in news stories working for the DC crowd in both parties.
It sure has. Trump and his team are a national embarrassment. I still say Trump is the best thing that could've happened to our country, because we've learned so much about ourselves. We will all come together and move forward once Trump is out of office in the next 1-2 years.
Thats very optimistic of you. I hope you are right. Unfortunately I feel the opposite. This whole debacle has to me held up a mirror to show the very worst side of America. I'm disgusted every day. I see humanity in a far, far worse light than I did before Trump came along. I guess things can only get better from here (short of nuclear war of course).

In Flynns case we know he was paling around with Putin. We also know he took money (big) from the Islamists (Turkey).
