I spend much of the last year in Nebraska and spent some time in small plains communities. They like a close-knit, simple lifestyle that is low frills and low stress. I actually admire conservative parts of middle-America very much.

The hyper-educated big city liberals though like complicate everything. They want social interaction to be complicated, they want financial and real estate to be very complicated, they want a massive legal system with hundreds of thousands of laws to complicate what is morally right and morally wrong.

They really, really look down on simple lifestyles and people though. They look down on America's farmers, ranchers, manufacturing jobs and people who build cars and tractors.
What they don't like is that their votes count for less than rural areas. They don't like that the anti-government farmers LOVE their farm subsidies. They don't like that the Trump loving coal miners in West Virginia have almost 10% of the state on government disability. They detest the complete hypocrisy of those who insult them while lapping up the tax money they are paying into flyover country. Ultimately, the future of this country seems unlikely. We are just too too different and there's no fixing that.

Hate us? No. No longer feel like they can use us? Yes. Pretty much the same issue the GOP has.

But you have no problem pushing YOUR police and beliefs down their throats. Liberals, especially coastal liberals are the biggest hypocrites in the country.

See, the difference is is that conservatives don't have to go along with liberal policy, but liberals get forced to go along with conservative policy when it's implemented. Big difference

You are making sweeping generalizations.

I'm sure there are some Democrats that say hateful things about Middle America. It's not right, it's not okay.

I'm sure there are Republicans that say hateful things about California, NYC, etc. It's not right, it's not okay.

the head of your party is saying it right here, you liberals can't lie about this now.
Remember what you've said when a member of your party says something idiotic.

You unknowingly confirmed your accusation in your second sentence. Yes, educated, intelligent people do tend to prefer "complicated" things. That's because their brains can handle them. If certain people don't like "complicated" things, that's probably because their brains can't handle them. And the reason their brains probably can't handle "complicated" things, is because they aren't as intelligent.

You're born white, in this country, and you get your first gun when you turn 5 years old. Seriously, good question. Since the OP did not define one can speculate based off the rest of his posting. Maybe I'm right, maybe I'm wrong. Who knows. Maybe one of these real Americans will quote only my first sentence and say, "See, they hate us all..." Shrug.
