Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Upon what legal grounds would you expel them, if they are citizens of the country?

You don't need to prohibit muslims from practicing their "religion". We just don't let them in. That way, the constitution is preserved.

Wrong, again

Favoring one religion over another is an endorsement, which is forbidden by the Constitution.

I went through the entire thread to see if someone had put a link from one of the local news reports about this story.

So many wrong assumptions! The teacher said the Muslim student was wearing a hoodie and he pulled the hoodie off her head and unwittingly also pulled off her hijab.

Like most Muslims who like to whine and play the victim, she immediately called her mother who then got in touch with a Muslim advocacy group who the contacted the media.

Um... no.

Restricting immigration is a sovereign right of any nation, and does not violate the US Constitution.

You'd let a teacher lay their hands on your kids head??

I wouldn't. If my kid is not following the rules kick them out of class and call me, but your'e not going to lay your hands on my kid without consequences

It does if the Government endorses a religion over another.

Maybe you should read the constitution before you comment on it

If the Constitution is ever allowed to be used as a cover to fully Islamicize the United States (or any similar regressive religion), then it has run its course and should be put away.

And in fact, the Constitution probably WOULD be discarded if we became a super-majority Muslim nation. Because Islam really doesn't play well with other religions.

When your religion is founded by a mass murdering pedophile that's considered "the perfect man" and an example for all Muslims to emulate, you can't really expect anything other than poor outcomes. So be careful how quick you are to defend the religious fascists. Lest people start to assume you too are a fascist.

Hijabi hoaxers are an absolute epidemic in this country.

You can tell how problematic or successful an immigrant group in this country will be in integrating and adding productively to the culture based on how well or quickly they learn the "victim" game.

Muslims and CAIR, with their "quick to outrage" media blitz shows that we're going to suffer from Islam fatigue over time.

It's just like in Britain. So much time, energy and resources devoted to 5% of the population and Islamsplaining everything, all the time.

In America, we still have the option to say NO. Treat them like we do the unwanted Jehova's witnesses that show up at the door: "Thanks but no thanks, we don't care to learn about whatever nonsense you're selling. Now shut up and leave us alone."
