Originally Bundy said that his family had owned that land since the 1800s. That was proved to be a lie. His parents never even lived In that state until the 1940s. Then he came up with the other lies.

The only party that has broken the law here is the Federal Government. They are in violation of the Constitution, and have violated Mr. Bundy's rights as a citizen.
Please describe each violation of the Constitution by the federal government you allege. Include a reference to each specific provision of the Constitution that you claim was violated.
People who graze cattle on the public lands have to pay a fee for that service. Its really that simple. Had Bundy paid his fees, he wouldn't be sitting in a jail cell today.
They were held in that trial too, after LaVoy was murdered. Then found Not Guilty. Imagine that due process, of guilty until proven innocent. You people make me sick.
I suggest you get out the video of Finicum's shooting and look at it carefully. Finicum is standing outside a wrecked vehicle. The feds are telling him to lay down on the ground. Finicum refuses to do so. Finally, Finicum appears to reach for his chest area. At this point, the feds shoot him.
Finicum had told people he was armed and had threatened to shoot federal agents prior to this day.
Murder: Definition: The unlawful killing of another human being with malice aforethought.
Defenses: Excuse, Justification, or mitigation.
In this case, a reasonable person could have clearly believed Finicum was reaching for a gun because of his refusal to follow instructions and where he placed his hands. It is a case of self-defense.
That is the way a normal person would process that information.

You should be glad that most of the others got off so easily even though they trashed a wildlife refuge in Oregon and threatened local law enforcement and other government workers. What an unfair justice system.
So now Bundy is being mistreated, is he being treated differently than other felons?
This is about the Constitution, not some political leaning identity. This is the Government v. The People.
The Republic is lost if people like you don't wake the **** up.
You could very well be next.
