If he's so great, as some here say, why not help the less thans and build housing in various cities across the country. He has done great job of building for the greedy.

He doesn't care about 'affordable' housing. He's never cared about it.

He likes the wealthy and their money--he lives among them. He always has and always will. Never spent one night of his life in a rural area of the country.

Lol. He's an east coast elitist who has conned lower and middle income mid-westerners and southerners into believing that he is one of them and that he even cares about them.

This will go down as one of the largest hoaxes in history.

Yeah, because government projects have been such a huge success for the poor.

Look up Cabrini Green in Chicago.

People in this country have been helping the less thans (as you put it) forever and there are still poor. They also need to take a part in helping themselves. You can't expect everyone else to do it.

Why should people be made poorer so a special class can get a free house?

Jimmy Carter does it and I am sure he isn't poor!

That's just it. Dude's not talking about a government program. He is talking about a man spending his own personal money to build homes for poor people. There have been a few times in my life when I was actually poor. I never expected a millionaire or a billionaire to build me a home.

Poor people should live in housing that they can afford, which is generally the older housing that richer people used to live in. Poor people generaly don’t take care of property like rich people so it doesn’t make sense to build new housing for them. Maybe decades from now, the housing that Trump built will be lived in by the poor?
