For what purpose? Why is a former President meeting with world leaders? He is a private citizen. What business does he have meeting with foreign leaders. To undermine Trump? It would seem so.
Your link says that he is travelling on Obama Foundation business and will be speaking at several summits.
I would imagine that if he is meeting with these leaders, they likely invited him to do so while he is in their respective countries.
Maybe the better question is: why do they want to meet with him?

Apparently those world leaders seem to think there is SOME VALUE in meeting with Obama.
Probably because there was NO VALUE in meeting with Trump.
