From the other side, their statement that they would rather work with Republicans in the Senate than Trump is a clear message that they think he's impotent as a leader. Both sides just played to their base. Nobody wins, most certainly not the American people.

really? schummer and pelosi have already said they will shut down the government if they dont get what they want, so anyone with half a brain will know that they are the ones being the obstructionists, not trump.

You have to understand, in the mind of a Trumpling everything makes him look good. He could have a turd on his head and they'd say he not only placed it there himself but that it was a brilliant move on his part.

Where were you when the Republicans were being obstructionists with Obama? Did you complain about them as well?

It is really amazing how many people think it's ok to be our president and act like a 10 year old. What's worse is they love him for it.

what happened to that well-oiled machine he was boasting about?

this administration is totally dysfunctional.
I cant wait for them to sell the fact that a shutdown is because of a democratic minority where the GOP controls all 3 branches. Trump made a large mistake insulting them, it gave them an opening. Paul Ryan and McConnell had to be displeased with his leadership.

Seriously. It's embarrassing. This is what children do.

This isn't related to a shut down.

POTUS during the televised part of his meeting was all over the place. He was unable to do more then one sentence at a time and each sentence was about something not related.

The 2 clowns sitting as far away from the POTUS as they could get looked and sounded like little children.

So the big story was about the NK missile shot. Aside from "we will handle it" he had to let Mattis talk about that.

POTUS gave away the store today.

Equally amazing is how those who oppose Trump act like three year olds throwing a tantrum in the isle at Walmart and claim that is to be the expected normal behavior of adults.

Calling the President out for his childish antics is not acting like a 3 yr. old. It's being a reasonable person.
