I noted earlier that some of my favorite relatives chase women, drink and blow their money on gambling, movies and whatever. That's their business and I love them as they are.

However, nobody has explained to me how you give someone a tax cut (federal) when they don't have enough reported income to pay taxes in the first place?

Imagine going out to dinner, offering to pick up the tab of $50. You happen to have a coupon for 20% off and the person whom you are buying dinner for wants $5 of the $10 savings given to them.

I started this thread yesterday but don't see it. If we'd all stop spending money on women, booze, and movies, we'd leave estates big enough to be helped by the repeal of the estate tax!
I wish he wasn't in a semi-far right state where he could easily be voted out for this new version of the welfare queen comment.
