What is with these people connected with trump who think this is all a joke and they're above the law? I hope the judge throws him back in jail.

At some point we just have to acknowledge that the people connected with the Trump administration are not merely buffoons who didn’t know they broke the law, but they are, in fact, engaged in conspiracy with foreign interests to undermine our government. Just look at the brainless Trump defenders on this website, for example. I suspect they either lack the intelligence to see through the propaganda, or they are foreign agents themselves spreading propaganda.

I'm amazed they arent asking for him to be placed in jail pending the trial. Thats what would happen to most of us.

Except....this tells me they benefit more from him being out then in jail. I don't think this is a classism argument. They arent asking him to be put back in jail because they are getting evidence from him being out I think. And their knowledge of the op-ed that was being written with a member of the russian intelligence means they are monitoring him heavily. And its a message to him that they have FAR more on him then he thought.

Theyre trying to flip him I think, and this was a demonstration of how much they know.

What a sham charging Manafort & Gates with violating FARA is. Only one person has been convicted on these charges in over 50 years. That's not because it's hard to prove, but because it's such a minor thing it's never prosecuted. The FBI catches on average 15 lobbyists per year who've failed to register under FARA. The usual procedure is to send them a letter asking them to register retroactively. That's it. What we're seeing now is selective enforcement of the law as part of a partisan witch hunt. Seperate but equal justice is not justice at all.

I notice that you ignore the conspiracy, and money laundering charges, etc etc etc.

Its like saying "What a crock charging that mass murderer with some additional charge like not fully topping at a stop sign", and imply its some witch hunt because they charged the guy with not fully stopping, ignoring the 6 dead folks in his trunk.

You "forgot" to mention the $18 million in money laundering charges he is being held on.

Round about when Manafort entered the political scene there was also an influx of dark money contributions to political matters in the US. Dark Money as in un named donors.

Closer to 2016, the higher the spike in donations.

Trump does nt have American business partners "rich friends" as supporters financially.
His biggest donor Nancy Devoss received a position she just "wanted" . She had no qualifications.
As DONT most of his appointee s. IT S ALL QUID PRO QUO.

Trump barely notices when American soldiers are killed, validates torches and pitches forks as appropriate tools of free speech of good people, wants to lock up his opponent, and can only voice his love of America after he successfully robs from the poor to give to the rich. His kids included. Talks smack about EVERY american in his path eventually...and calls Putin "a very smart man".

They are all beholden to foreign others.
Treason . All.

A better analogy would be the cops only stopping people for rolling through a stop sign if they have Trump bumper stickers.

The money laundering charges may well be true, but it's interesting that they came about while he was working for the Podesta Group so it was never looked into until he joined up with Trump.

Please. You are trying to make it some political thing, while you ignore which party is in charge. And that Mueller is a Republican. As are many of his team.

But you're also trying to somehow justify all those dead bodies. Just because it wasn't looked into until now doesn't change that its a crime.

Seriously...trying to normalize this is obscene.
