Seems like every time a leak claims "they've found a smoking gun against Trump" it ends up being a nothing burger against him, but a whole can of worms against Clinton, FBI and DoJ.
This was only the above the fold results. You can argue ideology but you can't argue against the headlines and the optics. This is really bad, for all of us.
Either Trump is the luckiest idiot that has ever existed in the universe, or he's a heck of a lot more intelligent than most of us give him credit for.

What matters today is there are more and more in congress who are taking notice and speaking out on Mueller's corrupt investigation. It was just rightwing media with a snowball and its growing in congress now.
Intelligence agencies, FBI and DOJ upper management have been weaponized to take out Trump. The information out now is damming but only the tip of the iceberg of what's coming. Soon the voice will get louder in congress. Congressmen held a news conference today questioning the actions of the FBI and Mueller. They are also setting up a task force to deal with the issue.

The investigation doesn't have to take out Trump.
If it takes out Jared Kushner, Trump will quit.
Trump wouldn't have to quit, but if Kushner is gone, Trump will do something impeachable eventually, and he knows it.
Kushner is the only man who can save Trump from himself. He's already done it hundreds of times. Kushner is the only man who can put together a deal for Trump and hold it together. He's done that hundreds of times.
And Trump knows this. Without Jared Kushner, Donald Trump is nothing but an aging, out of touch older man who fears impotence more than death.
Kushner is the only person in the world Trump knows and relies on. He's so important to Trump that Trump allowed him to marry his daughter, the only person Trump has ever loved.
If Kushner has to go, and worse, if he has to go to jail, Trump will quit and turn his full attention to defending his son-in-law full time.
All this is immaterial to Robert Mueller. All Mueller wants is to stop the Russians from tearing this country apart from within. That's his goal.
It doesn't matter to him who facilitated the Russians.
Mueller knows there were a bunch of facilitators, and he knows he won't be able to get them all. But if he gets enough of them, then the Russians are going to have to find other ways, outside of our government, to bring us to our knees, and that's going to take them a lot of time, money, and added effort.
