LOL, nice try at not answering a simple question, so we are left to assume you believe women reduce the effectiveness of our military, strange coming from a woman.
The courts obviously disagree with you and trump.
I am not going to play your "discrimination" game.
Right, the judge is an idiot. I am glad you won though. good for you
I don't think transgenders OR gays should be allowed in the military. I was in the Navy. You live in very close quarters (berthing compartments are spaces of bunks, 3 high). I wouldn't want some gay guy that close to me where I sleep and change clothes, and I certainly wouldn't want them where I shower. Had that experience in art school, where gays would jump in the shower after you (lived at the YMCA as the school didn't have dorms) and attempt to get your attention. Disgusting! They would also slip notes under our doors, "For a good time, come to room ..." That's what gays do. They should NOT be in the military!
FYI, you did serve and bunk with gays, they just did not share that information with you, for obvious reasons.
Too Bad, You Lose.
The reasons you should NEVER allow transgendered people in the military are the following
1. Placing individuals who might be at increased risk for suicide or other psychological injury in the most stressful situation imaginable—the battlefield—is reckless.
2. That all service members remain combat-ready at all times.
But soldiers who have “transitioned” medically require regular hormone treatments and follow-up visits after sex-reassignment surgery. It is unclear how someone who has “transitioned” would be deployable.
3. That scarce taxpayer monies not be expended on costly and controversial sex-reassignment therapies.
It has nothing to do with DISCRIMINATION. It has nothing to do with Trump vs Obama, left vs right, liberal vs conservatives, American SJW vs American bigots. Don't play this game with me. I am not even going to respond.
This examples you gave are for valid medical conditions. Believing you are not the sex you were born with isn’t a medical condition, it’s a psychiatric issue.
It could be both, once you start cutting off your genitals. Self mutilation would be enough to keep you out of the military, but if it is to change your sex it is ok Combine this to the High suicide rate and hormonal changes in Transgenders it doesn't sound like the best idea.
"(DOD) Directive 6130.3" Any history of suicidal behavior, that includes discussions, gestures, or the actual attempt is disqualifying. A history of self-mutilation is also disqualifying.

Exactly. But once they throw "discrimination" into the discussion, there is nothing else you can say. It is the word to end all discussion.
If you don't agree with them, you are the bigot. This is how it works.

20 Vets kill themselves every day in the US, seems like there might be a bigger problem than a handful of trans possibly having some mental issue...........

You need to change your name to Nonsense guy. Seriously. If you had a single gay person do something, that doesn't mean every single one is the same. Just like I assume that all people from NE Ohio aren't as bigoted as you are.
Tell ya something funny. Outside of the handful who adapt the "gay" voice and mannerisms, you wouldn't be able to tell that someone's gay or not. Know a number of gay/lesbian people and outside of knowing they're seeing another, I would have never guessed it.
I did not quote you, meaning I did not respond to YOU.
