That is the point I was making.
Someone who knows nothing about the law would make better decisions than the liberal activist judges who do. All he would have to do is read the law that clearly gives the president authority on this immigration issue.
The liberal activist judges and Obama himself know the law and think they are smart enough to get around it. Then they get kicked in the butt by the SCOTUS.
You really are unaware arent you?
SCOTUS hasn't decided that yet. They've held that while they do decide, it can continue as Trump wants-but its a complex enough issue that they need time to consider it. (They probably will rule in POTUS's favor however)
Any more nonsense? The laws in question are not nearly as cut and dried as you seem to believe, which is why we need judges that can understand the laws rather then political hacks.

What are the decisions that you feel were done incorrectly by these liberal activist judges, Citizens United, Hobby Lobby, Trump University. Maybe you can rattle off a few.
I don't want a cab driver ruling over court decisions, you have been listening to Trump too much. The American people like our justice system, its what separates us from countries like Russia and China.
I find it helpful to keep it on the level of understanding of the left and that way its not seen as condescending or talking down to them. It is a recommended practice in communications.
Are you familiar with Aesop's Fables. This one is apropos to the topic : The Ass & His Driver
The driver being seen as the conservative or even the constitution hits the mark without question.
No, you're never demeaning.
Aesop's Fables aren't apropos to this topic.
A President of the United States nominated a person to a position that person is not qualified to hold. End of story.

Unaware would be making assumptions about a general comment, not a specific one and not knowing Obama isn't in office.
I think the fact that you feel like you can defend the person mentioned in this topic says all that needs to be said. His level of incompetence is truly staggering.
You want political appointees that meet your preconceived notions, not actual judges. This sort of nonsense belongs in Russia.
An Obama prosecutor got by 9-0 the conviction overturned by the Supreme Court!
I guess that one has to learn a lot and is now in serious trouble again!
Democrats are so fast to bash Trump but in the end the Democrats House of Cards is coming down now and it goes faster down then they ever expected!
Supreme Court also overturned the travel ban that the 9th circuit court said was not legal to ban. The 9th circuit leftwing biased judges have to learn some based constitutional law!
Nope, you never try to demean the people you are debating.
In the meantime, while you parse "qualifications", a man who has never tried a case in a court of law is not qualified to be a federal judge. Just like not every man aged 35 years who is a natural-born citizen is qualified to be President of the United States.
